I am a Psychologist in private practice with 25+ years experience. I have worked in academic settings, psychiatric hospitals and private practice. My experience encompasses all ages; however, my Clinical Residency and post doctoral training was with children birth-18. I have a deep commitment to helping people. As a psychologist, I believe I have been able to do just that and I look forward to discussing that journey with you.
I have advanced training & experience with trauma. Most notably, I worked with the Oklahoma City Bombing victims (Calm Waters Program through Integris Health, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma) and have assisted with responding to other traumatic events in schools, businesses & communities in several states. I have 15 yrs experience in working with referrals from the Oklahoma Crime Victims Services & Compensation Board.
As a psychologist, I also provide testing and psychological evaluations. Often, evaluations can be quite valuable in making recommendations to schools, physicians, parents and of course, as a way to plan for therapy which will be the most effective and successful.
